Waiter/Waitress

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Waiter/Waitress to join our team at a busy restaurant in Bayan. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to our guests and ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable and memorable. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in the food and beverage industry, strong communication skills, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests, take orders, and serve food and beverages
- Explain menu items and make recommendations to guests
- Ensure timely delivery of food and drinks to tables
- Monitor guest satisfaction and address any issues or concerns
- Handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including tables, chairs, floors, etc.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation of the restaurant
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress preferred
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Team player mentality with a positive attitude
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
