Barista - English Speaking (Filipino preferred)


We are seeking a skilled Barista to join our team in Hawalli. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee drinks, as well as light snacks and pastries. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, excellent communication skills, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. This is a contract job with an initial salary of 1700$, with the potential for growth and development within our company.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve coffee drinks according to customer preferences
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure guest satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area
- Stock and replenish supplies as needed
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role preferred
- Fluent in English (Tagalog proficiency is an advantage)
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Own visa is required (sponsorship not provided)
- Minimum 12th grade/high school education
