Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee our projects in Medina. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and experience leading projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and direct construction projects from conception to completion
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively
- Communicate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project success
- Monitor progress and address any issues or delays that may arise
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
- Hire and manage subcontractors and construction workers
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure work is being completed according to plans
- Prepare project reports for senior management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction project management
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Salary: $1100 per month (negotiable depending on experience)
Location: Medina (foreigners welcome)
