Construction Manager (Indian Nationals Only)

We are in need of a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to oversee our construction projects in Medina. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all aspects of the construction process from start to finish. This is a contract position suitable for men with prior experience in the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all phases of the construction process, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and project milestones
- Liaise with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely completion of projects
- Monitor progress on construction sites and address any issues or delays as they arise
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Review and approve project designs, plans, and specifications
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work is being carried out according to plans and specifications

Requirements:
- Indian nationality required due to visa restrictions
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Construction Manager or similar role in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Good communication skills to effectively liaise with various stakeholders

Salary: 1800$ per month (tax-free)
