Machine Operator


We are currently seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our team in Nizwa. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, maintaining, and operating machinery in our manufacturing facility. This role requires a high level of technical knowledge and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate machines according to specifications
- Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed
- Inspect finished products for quality control purposes
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during production
- Maintain production records and report any discrepancies or malfunctions
- Follow all safety procedures and protocols while operating machinery
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient production processes
- Keep work area clean and organized

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a machine operator or similar role in a manufacturing setting
- Technical knowledge of machinery operation and maintenance
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience operating specific machinery related to our industry (please specify)
- Bilingual in English and Filipino (Tagalog) is preferred but not required
