Construction Manager

A reputable construction company in Manama is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing construction projects and a strong understanding of the construction industry.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the planning, scheduling, and budgeting of construction projects
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and architects to ensure timely completion of projects
- Monitor progress and quality of work to ensure compliance with specifications and standards
- Manage project budgets and make necessary adjustments to stay within budget
- Prepare regular progress reports for upper management
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards on job sites
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Construction Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and equipment
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred
