IT Support Specialist


As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our clients. This includes troubleshooting hardware and software issues, installing and maintaining computer systems, and providing training to users. You will work closely with our team to ensure that our clients receive the best possible service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or in person
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and provide solutions
- Install new computer systems and maintain existing ones
- Train users on new technologies and software applications
- Monitor system performance, identify potential issues, and take corrective actions
- Maintain accurate records of technical issues and resolutions
- Collaborate with team members to develop and implement IT solutions for clients

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and operating systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Customer service oriented with good communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Experience with network administration is a plus

Location: Akron, Ohio (Preference for Indian candidates)

Salary: $1800 per month (negotiable based on experience)
