Technical Support Specialist


We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Akron. As a Technical Support Specialist, your main responsibility will be to provide technical assistance and support for computer systems, software, and hardware to our clients. You will work closely with our clients to identify and resolve any technical issues they may be experiencing.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support via phone, email, or in-person to clients
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
- Install and configure computer systems, software, and peripherals
- Educate clients on how to use various computer programs and systems
- Maintain accurate records of all troubleshooting activities
- Collaborate with other team members to identify recurring issues and implement solutions
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience in technical support or a similar role
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think logically and analytically
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary: $1100 per month

Location: Akron, USA (Preference for Indian candidates)

This is an English-speaking job; fluency in English is required.
