Entry-Level Concierge in Karachi, Pakistan

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide them with information about the hotel's amenities, services, and local attractions
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a prompt and professional manner
- Make reservations for guests at restaurants, events, or other activities as requested
- Offer transportation assistance or arrange for transportation services as needed
- Monitor guest requests and ensure they are fulfilled in a timely manner
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby area at all times
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or customer service training is a plus
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly demeanor with a positive attitude towards guest interactions
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of reservation systems

Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position located in Karachi, Pakistan. The salary for this entry-level role is 1700$. As the hotel operates 24/7, flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays is required.
