Handyman Technician

We are in need of a skilled Handyman Technician to join our team in Mecca. As a Handyman Technician, you will be responsible for performing various repair and maintenance tasks in residential and commercial properties. Your duties will include fixing plumbing and electrical issues, painting, carpentry work, and other general repairs. You must have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:
- Conducting routine inspections of properties to identify any issues or maintenance needs
- Performing repairs on plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
- Installing fixtures such as shelves, cabinets, and door handles
- Painting walls, ceilings, and other surfaces
- Repairing or replacing damaged drywall or tiles
- Troubleshooting issues with appliances and equipment
- Maintaining a safe and clean work environment

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
- Proficient in using hand and power tools
- Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects and perform manual labor
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good time-management skills

Education:
High school diploma or equivalent

Salary:
$1200 per month
