Our company is searching for a skilled Handyman to join our team in Mecca, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks on our property, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general handy work. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1600$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs, fixing leaky faucets, and patching walls
- Perform minor carpentry work such as installing shelves and repairing furniture
- Troubleshoot and repair basic electrical issues
- Handle plumbing tasks such as unclogging drains and fixing toilets
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of tools and equipment
- Respond to maintenance requests from tenants in a timely manner
- Keep detailed records of work performed

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role or trade
- Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry skills
- Ability to use hand and power tools effectively
- Good physical condition with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and tenants
