Factory Machine Operator


Our manufacturing company in Osijek is seeking a skilled Factory Machine Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various machines used in the production process. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a factory setting and operating heavy machinery, as well as strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain machines used in the production process, including but not limited to: cutting machines, press machines, and packaging machines
- Monitor machines during operation to ensure they are running efficiently and safely
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise during production and make necessary adjustments or repairs
- Perform routine maintenance on machines as needed
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures at all times
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 2 years experience working in a factory setting or operating heavy machinery preferred
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and manuals
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Good physical stamina to handle repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1400 per month for this full-time position.

Location:
This position is based at our factory located in Osijek.
