We are seeking an Indian Librarian to join our team in Washington. As a librarian, you will be responsible for managing and organizing library resources, assisting library patrons with research and reference inquiries, and developing and implementing programs and services to meet the needs of the community.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage library collections including selection, acquisition, cataloging, and weeding
- Provide assistance to library patrons with research and reference inquiries

- Collaborate with other librarians and staff to develop collection policies and procedures

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Library Science or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience working in a library setting
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team
- Proficiency in using library databases, cataloging systems, and other technology tools
