CNC Operator

We are seeking a skilled and experienced CNC Operator to join our team in Mombasa. As a CNC Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating computer numerical control (CNC) machines to perform various tasks such as drilling, milling, turning, and cutting. The ideal candidate will have experience working with precision machinery and be able to read and interpret technical drawings. This is a full-time position, with a salary of $900 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Set up CNC machines according to technical specifications
- Operate machine controls to adjust speeds, feeds, and tooling
- Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and accuracy
- Inspect finished products for defects and make necessary adjustments
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during production
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures

Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a CNC Operator
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Familiarity with precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, etc.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with complex machinery
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Good communication skills in English
