CNC Operator in Mombasa, Kenya

We are currently hiring for a skilled and experienced CNC Operator to join our team in Mombasa, Kenya. As a CNC Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining computer numerical control (CNC) machines to perform tasks such as drilling, milling, and cutting. The ideal candidate should have experience working with various materials and have a good understanding of blueprint reading and machine programming.

Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC machines according to specifications
- Monitor machine operations and make necessary adjustments to ensure quality production
- Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during production
- Program machines using computer aided manufacturing (CAM) software
- Maintain machine cleanliness and perform routine maintenance as needed
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience operating CNC machines
- Proficient in reading blueprints and using measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers
- Experience with CAM software is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Good communication skills
