Foundryman


We are seeking a skilled Foundryman to join our team in Eldoret, Kenya. As a Foundryman, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining a variety of foundry equipment to cast metal parts according to specifications.

Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain foundry equipment, such as furnaces, ladles, and sand mixers
- Prepare molds and cores by following blueprints or patterns
- Pour molten metal into molds and remove finished castings
- Inspect castings for defects and make necessary repairs
- Clean and maintain equipment and work area for safe and efficient operation
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the casting process

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Foundryman
- Knowledge of different types of metal alloys and their properties
- Proficient in reading blueprints and following instructions
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Physically fit to handle heavy machinery and lift up to 50 pounds
- Biometric passport for international travel

Salary: $1500 per month
