Key Responsibilities:
- Set up machines based on production requirements
- Operate machines to produce high-quality products
- Monitor production process and make necessary adjustments

- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus
- Proven experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing/industrial setting
- Strong mechanical aptitude with knowledge of machine operations and tools
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects as needed
- Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime if required
