This position is open to Filipino nationals who are looking for a part-time job while studying or residing in the city. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our team, delegating tasks, and ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of part-time workers, providing guidance and support as needed
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities to team members based on their skills and strengths
- Ensure that all projects are completed within established timelines and budget constraints
- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback for improvement
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and efficient communication
- Assist in training new team members as needed

Requirements:
- Filipino national with valid student visa or residing in Atlanta
- Prior experience in a leadership or supervisory role preferred
- Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Proficient in English (no English required)
- Availability to work part-time hours

Salary: $1000 per month (with accommodation provided)
