Cleaner - Malindi, Kenya



We are seeking a skilled and experienced Cleaner to join our team in Malindi, Kenya. As a Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in our facility. This position is suitable for men with experience in cleaning and includes accommodation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general cleaning duties such as mopping, sweeping, dusting, and vacuuming
- Clean and disinfect surfaces, bathrooms, and common areas
- Collect and dispose of trash and waste
- Monitor and restock cleaning supplies
- Maintain inventory of cleaning equipment
- Follow all safety procedures when handling cleaning chemicals
- Report any maintenance or repair needs to management

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- High attention to detail
- Physical stamina to perform demanding tasks such as lifting heavy objects and standing for long periods of time
- Good communication skills in English (Nepali speakers preferred)
- Must be willing to live on-site (accommodation provided)
- Valid work permit for Kenya (if not a Kenyan citizen)

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1300$ per month for this full-time position.
