Sales Manager (Dubai)



We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Sales Manager to join our dynamic team in Dubai. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to reach their full potential
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
- Conduct regular performance reviews of the sales team and provide feedback for improvement
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, finance, and operations to ensure efficient execution of sales strategies
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reports for management review

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role within the sales industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of market research, sales techniques, and best practices
- Fluency in English is required, knowledge of other languages is a plus
