Waiter/Waitress in Dickirch, Luxembourg


We are in need of a skilled Waiter/Waitress to join our team at a busy restaurant in the city of Dickirch, Luxembourg. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for taking orders and serving food and beverages to our customers. Your main goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction and provide an excellent dining experience.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and escort customers to their tables
- Present menus and take orders
- Make menu recommendations and answer any questions regarding menu items
- Serve food and beverages to customers promptly and accurately
- Check on customers regularly to ensure satisfaction with food and service
- Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism
- Process payments and operate cash registers
- Clean tables and dining areas after customers have finished their meals
- Maintain knowledge of current menu items, specials, promotions, and restaurant policies

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress is preferred but not required
- Must be fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to maintain a positive attitude under pressure
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while multitasking effectively
- Must have strong customer service skills and be able to handle difficult situations with professionalism
- Flexibility to work different shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed
