Information Technology Manager for Multinational Company in Umm-Salal

As an Information Technology Manager for our multinational company in Umm-Salal, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and maintenance of all information technology systems and services. You will work closely with our team of IT professionals to ensure efficient operations, troubleshoot any issues that arise, and strategize for future system improvements. This role requires a strong understanding of various technologies and the ability to lead a team towards successful project completion.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives
- Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software systems
- Manage network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, etc.
- Ensure data security and network integrity through regular backups and updates
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Plan for future technology upgrades and improvements
- Collaborate with other departments to understand their technology needs and provide solutions
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology to continuously improve our systems

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in information technology management roles
- Strong knowledge of network infrastructure and security protocols
- Experience with server management, virtualization, cloud computing, etc.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure
- Proven leadership abilities with experience managing a team of IT professionals
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with different departments
