Baker for a Bakery in Al-Kuwait



We are a bakery in Al-Kuwait currently looking for a skilled and experienced Baker to join our team. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of goods, such as bread, pastries, cakes, and cookies. The ideal candidate should have previous experience working in a bakery or similar environment and must be able to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake various types of bread, pastries, cakes, and cookies according to recipes
- Mix ingredients to form dough or batter using manual or electric equipment
- Monitor baking process and adjust temperatures as needed
- Decorate cakes and pastries with icing or other toppings
- Ensure all products are of high quality and meet customer expectations
- Maintain inventory of baking ingredients and supplies
- Keep work area clean and organized at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Baker or similar role
- Ability to read recipes and follow instructions accurately
- Knowledge of various baking techniques and methods
- Familiarity with commercial baking equipment such as mixers, ovens, etc.
- Excellent time management skills to ensure timely delivery of products
- Physically fit and able to stand for long periods of time
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Must have a valid biometric passport (or willing to obtain one)

Salary:
1800$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Working Hours:
The working hours for this job are 8 hours per day, 6 days per week.

Contract Type:
This is a contract job with the possibility of extension based on performance.

This job is located in Al-Kuwait City, Kuwait.
