Preservation Architect


We are seeking a talented and experienced Preservation Architect to join our team in Las Vegas. As a Preservation Architect, you will be responsible for preserving the historical integrity and cultural heritage of buildings and structures. You will work closely with clients, engineers, and construction teams to ensure that preservation projects are completed successfully.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed assessments of historic buildings and structures to determine necessary preservation work
- Develop preservation plans and designs that adhere to historical guidelines and regulations
- Collaborate with clients, engineers, and construction teams throughout all stages of the preservation process
- Oversee the implementation of preservation projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
- Conduct research on historical materials, techniques, and styles to inform preservation projects
- Monitor the condition of preserved buildings and structures over time

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in historic preservation architecture
- Knowledge of historical building materials, construction methods, and architectural styles
- Familiarity with local, state, and federal regulations related to historic preservation
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Salary: $900 per month
