Land Surveyor



Reporting to the Project Manager, the Land Surveyor will be responsible for conducting precise measurements and mapping of land surfaces to provide accurate data for construction projects. The ideal candidate should have experience in surveying and strong knowledge of surveying equipment, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys to determine boundaries, topography, and other features
- Use surveying equipment such as total stations, GPS receivers, and digital levels
- Analyze survey data and create maps, drawings, and reports
- Consult with engineers, architects, and other professionals on project plans
- Ensure accuracy of survey data by performing quality control checks
- Maintain records of surveys, maps, and other documents
- Adhere to safety standards and regulations while on job sites

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Land Surveying or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in land surveying
- Proficient in using surveying equipment such as total stations and GPS receivers
- Strong knowledge of land surveying techniques and principles
- Excellent mathematical skills for precise measurements
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members and clients

Location: Mombasa, Kenya. This position is open to all nationalities.

Salary: $1400 per month. Salary is negotiable based on qualifications and experience.

Employment Type: Full-time.

Language Requirements: Fluent in English (spoken and written).
