As a Preservation Architect in Triesen, you will be responsible for preserving and restoring historical buildings and structures. You will work closely with clients, historians, and construction teams to ensure that the integrity and authenticity of the building is maintained during the restoration process. Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough research on the history and construction methods of buildings
- Develop preservation plans and proposals for clients
- Collaborate with construction teams to implement preservation techniques
- Monitor progress of restoration projects to ensure adherence to preservation standards
- Communicate with clients and stakeholders regularly regarding project updates
- Conduct site visits and inspections to assess condition of historical structures

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or relevant field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in historical preservation or restoration projects
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
- Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Detail-oriented with a passion for preserving historical structures

Salary: 1600$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
Employment Type: Part-time (20 hours per week)
