Construction Manager (Entry-Level)


We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Construction Manager to join our team in Muharraq, Bahrain. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects from start to finish. This includes coordinating with contractors, managing budgets and timelines, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee all phases of construction projects, from planning to completion
- Review project plans and specifications to ensure accuracy and feasibility
- Manage project budgets and schedules to ensure timely completion within budget constraints
- Communicate regularly with contractors, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project progress and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect work in progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Prepare progress reports for clients and provide updates on project status
- Address any delays or changes in project scope by developing solutions that minimize impact on budget and timeline

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
- Previous experience in construction management or related field preferred
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
- Knowledge of construction industry regulations and best practices

Salary: 1300$ per month

This is an entry-level position open for candidates who do not have previous experience. We welcome candidates who have their own visa as we are looking for someone who can join our team immediately.
