Indian Cuisine Chef


We are in search of a skilled and experienced Indian Cuisine Chef to join our team at a high-end restaurant located in Vianden, Luxembourg. As an Indian Cuisine Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking authentic Indian dishes, as well as creating new and innovative dishes to add to our menu. You must have a strong understanding of traditional Indian spices and cooking techniques to ensure the authenticity of our dishes. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a fine dining restaurant and possess excellent time management skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook a variety of Indian dishes according to traditional recipes
- Develop new and innovative dishes while maintaining the authenticity of the cuisine
- Ensure all dishes are prepared and presented in a timely manner
- Monitor food stock levels and place orders when necessary
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Train and supervise other kitchen staff members on proper food preparation techniques
- Adhere to all food safety standards

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Indian Cuisine Chef in a fine dining restaurant
- Excellent knowledge of traditional Indian spices, ingredients, and cooking techniques
- Strong understanding of food safety standards
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management skills
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and supervise other kitchen staff members

Salary:
Starting salary is 1000$ per month, with potential for growth based on performance.
