Typesetter for Print Media in Vianden, Luxembourg


We are seeking a skilled Typesetter to join our team in Vianden, Luxembourg. As a Typesetter, you will be responsible for designing and formatting text and images for print media such as books, magazines, and newspapers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize software such as Adobe InDesign to layout and format text and images for print media
- Collaborate with editors, writers, and graphic designers to ensure the overall aesthetic of the publication is cohesive
- Proofread final layouts for errors and make necessary corrections
- Ensure all text is properly aligned, sized, and formatted according to design specifications
- Work within tight deadlines to meet production schedules
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in typesetting technology

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Typesetter or similar role in the print media industry
- Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and other typesetting software
- Excellent attention to detail and strong eye for design
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field preferred

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1300$ per month.

Location:
This position is located in Vianden, Luxembourg. Our company offers accommodation options for employees coming from outside of Luxembourg.
