Job Title: IT Support Specialist


We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Support Specialist to join our team in Vilnius. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our clients. This includes troubleshooting hardware and software issues, setting up new equipment, and ensuring the smooth operation of all systems.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or in-person
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and provide timely resolutions
- Install and configure new equipment and software as needed
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and resolutions
- Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and procedures

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an IT Support Specialist or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of computer hardware, software, networks, and operating systems
- Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to think critically to solve complex problems
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues in simple terms
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred

Salary: 1600$ per month
