We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Part-Time Construction Manager to join our team in Isa Town, Bahrain. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects on a part-time basis. Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee construction projects from start to finish, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency
- Create project timelines and budgets, and ensure that they are adhered to
- Communicate with clients, contractors, and vendors to ensure project goals are met
- Hire and manage subcontractors as needed
- Monitor progress of construction projects and make adjustments as needed
- Ensure compliance with all building codes and regulations
- Review project plans and blueprints to ensure accuracy

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in a construction management role
- Strong understanding of construction processes, building codes, and safety protocols
- Excellent leadership abilities and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to read blueprints and project plans
- Strong communication skills in English (Arabic language skills preferred)
- Must have valid visa sponsorship in Bahrain

Salary:
The salary for this part-time position is 1200$ per month.
