Executive Chef - Fine Dining Restaurant (Sofia, Bulgaria)


We are a renowned fine dining restaurant located in the beautiful city of Sofia, Bulgaria. Our establishment is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to lead our culinary team. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen, creating innovative and delicious menus, and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our guests.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fine dining and experience working in high-end restaurants. They must possess excellent leadership skills and be able to effectively manage a team of chefs and kitchen staff. The ability to work well under pressure and maintain high standards during busy service periods is essential.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, create, and execute menus for daily service
- Train and supervise kitchen staff
- Ensure food quality and presentation meets our high standards
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain proper food safety standards
- Develop new dishes and maintain current menu offerings

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Executive Chef in a fine dining restaurant
- Culinary degree or equivalent qualification preferred
- Strong knowledge of various international cuisines and cooking techniques
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor staff
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent English language skills preferred but not required

Salary: $1400 per month (negotiable based on experience)
