Shaper for a Surfboard Company in Split



We are looking for a skilled Shaper to join our team at a surfboard company in the sunny city of Split. As a Shaper, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality surfboards that meet the specific needs and preferences of our customers. This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail and strong technical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Use various shaping tools and techniques to create custom surfboards
- Work closely with customers to understand their desired specifications
- Select appropriate materials and shapes based on customer needs
- Ensure all boards meet quality standards before delivery
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Continuously improve and refine shaping techniques

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Shaper, preferably with knowledge of surfing equipment
- Ability to use shaping tools such as planers, sanders, and rasps
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions
- Good physical stamina for standing, bending, and lifting while shaping
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
