Shaper for Woodworking Company in Split


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Shaper to join our woodworking company in Split. As a Shaper, you will be responsible for shaping and forming various types of wood using a variety of tools and techniques. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1400$ per month.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Shaper in a woodworking company
- Extensive knowledge and experience working with various types of wood
- Proficient in using shaping tools such as chisels, saws, and routers
- Knowledge of different shaping techniques and ability to create unique designs
- Attention to detail and ability to work accurately according to specifications
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects if needed
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints or design plans to determine shaping requirements
- Select appropriate tools and methods to shape wood according to specifications
- Use shaping tools skillfully and safely, ensuring quality workmanship at all times
- Create unique designs by combining different shaping techniques
- Sand, finish, and polish shaped wood pieces for a smooth finish
- Inspect finished products for quality control purposes
- Maintain clean and organized work area
- Communicate effectively with team members regarding project progress
