We are hiring a skilled Shaper to join our team in Split, Croatia. As a Shaper, you will be responsible for creating and shaping various materials into specific forms using specialized tools and techniques. This role requires strong attention to detail, creativity, and physical dexterity.

Responsibilities:
- Use specialized tools and techniques to shape materials such as wood, metal, or plastic into specific forms
- Read and interpret blueprints or design plans to determine necessary shapes and dimensions
- Operate machinery such as lathes, saws, and grinders to shape materials
- Ensure that the final product meets quality standards and specifications
- Make adjustments or repairs as needed during the shaping process
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient production processes
- Adhere to safety protocols at all times

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Shaper or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of various shaping tools and techniques
- Ability to read blueprints or design plans accurately
- Excellent attention to detail and hand-eye coordination
- Physical dexterity and strength for operating machinery
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work independently or in a team environment
- High school diploma or equivalent

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1300 per month.

Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position with regular working hours from Monday to Friday. The employee will be responsible for their own visa requirements. Accommodation will not be provided.
