A reputable residential and commercial property management company in Sheduva is seeking a skilled and experienced Handyman to join their team. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1600$ per month.

As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing various maintenance and repair tasks on our properties, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general handyman services. You will also be expected to maintain the overall appearance and functionality of our properties.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Handyman
- Proficiency in plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and general handyman services
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Good communication skills in English
- Valid work visa for Lithuania (preferred)

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, cleaning, and repairing fixtures
- Conduct regular inspections to identify any repairs or maintenance needs
- Repair or replace damaged appliances, fixtures, and equipment
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with plumbing or electrical systems
- Install new fixtures or equipment as needed
- Communicate with property managers regarding any maintenance needs or concerns
