Information Security Analyst
Location: Los Angeles, USA
Salary: $1200 per month



We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Information Security Analyst to join our team in Los Angeles. As an Information Security Analyst, you will be responsible for protecting our company's sensitive information and ensuring the security of our systems and networks.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and standards to protect company data
- Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments to identify any potential threats or weaknesses
- Monitor networks and systems for any suspicious activity or breaches
- Investigate security incidents and provide recommendations for remediation
- Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends, threats, and technologies
- Work closely with other departments to ensure compliance with all security protocols

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in information security analysis or a related role
- Strong knowledge of network protocols and operating systems
- Experience with security tools such as firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, vulnerability scanners, etc.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:
- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification is a plus
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements such as HIPAA, GDPR, etc.
- Experience in cloud computing security (e.g. AWS)
- Familiarity with risk assessment methodologies
