We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team at our luxurious hotel in Bungoma. As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase hotel revenue and occupancy rates. Your main goal will be to drive sales and build strong relationships with potential clients, while maintaining excellent customer service standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase hotel revenue and occupancy rates.
- Identify potential clients and build strong relationships with them.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for business growth.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional campaigns.
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote the hotel.
- Manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Handle customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive analysis, and market changes.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales management role.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Knowledge of marketing techniques and strategies.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management systems.

Salary: $1400 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Nationality: Indian or African (preferred)
Location: Bungoma, Kenya (local candidates preferred)

Language Requirement: Fluent in English (spoken & written)

Experience Level: Entry level candidates may be considered if they possess relevant qualifications.
