Hotel Sales Manager



We are hiring a Hotel Sales Manager to oversee the sales operations of our hotel in Bungoma. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and meet targets. You will also lead a team of sales representatives, monitor their performance, and provide training as needed.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- 3+ years of experience in hotel sales management
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets
- Familiarity with hotel management software
- Fluent in English (Filipinos preferred)

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue
- Identify new business opportunities and establish relationships with potential clients
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the competition
- Lead a team of sales representatives, providing training and support as needed
- Set sales targets for the team and monitor their performance
- Prepare reports on sales activities, revenue, and expenses for management review
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular communication and exceptional customer service.

We are looking for a driven individual with a passion for sales, excellent leadership skills, and proven experience in hotel sales management. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1700 per month. Preference will be given to candidates who are fluent in English and have previous experience working in the hospitality industry.
