As the Head Baker, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our bakery in Jeddah. Your main duties will include creating new recipes, managing inventory and supplies, and supervising a team of bakers.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Creating new and innovative recipes while ensuring the quality and consistency of our baked goods.
- Overseeing the production process to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Managing inventory and supplies to ensure that ingredients are always available.
- Training and supervising a team of bakers to maintain high standards of quality and productivity.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a professional baker.
- Expertise in creating a variety of baked goods, including breads, cakes, pastries, and desserts.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Excellent time management skills to meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of proper food handling procedures and health standards.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English.
