Miner - Mining Operations Specialist

Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy machinery such as drills, trucks, and excavators to extract minerals from the earth
- Monitor production and ensure targets are met within specified timeframes
- Conduct inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation
- Follow all safety procedures and regulations to protect yourself, your team, and the environment
- Communicate with team members, engineers, and management to coordinate mining operations
- Analyze geological data to determine optimal extraction methods

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a miner in a similar role
- Knowledge of different types of mining equipment and their functions
- Ability to read maps, blueprints, and technical manuals
- Physically fit and able to work in challenging environments
- Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Valid driver's license

Salary: 1400$

Location: Nairobi (Preference for Indian nationals or those with experience working in India)
