Courier Delivery Specialist

As a Courier Delivery Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely and safe delivery of packages and documents to their designated destinations. This role requires a high level of organization, attention to detail, and excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and organize daily delivery routes to ensure efficient and timely delivery
- Pick up packages and documents from designated locations
- Verify package contents and ensure proper handling, labeling, and documentation
- Deliver packages to customers in a professional and courteous manner
- Collect payments for COD orders when required
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries made and payments collected
- Report any delays or issues with deliveries to the supervisor
- Follow all safety procedures while operating company vehicles
- Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and supervisors

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Minimum of 2 years experience in courier or delivery services preferred
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Excellent knowledge of Muharraq city roads and traffic patterns
- Ability to navigate using GPS or maps
- Strong customer service skills
- Physically fit to lift and carry heavy packages
- Fluent in English (Arabic language skills are an asset)

Salary: 1500$ monthly
