Executive Chef


We are a prestigious restaurant located in the beautiful city of St. Petersburg, seeking a talented and experienced Executive Chef to join our team. As the head of our kitchen, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of food preparation and delivery. Your creativity and passion for food will be key in creating unique and delicious menus that will delight our guests. We are looking for a leader who can manage and motivate a team of chefs, ensuring high levels of productivity and quality. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and be fluent in English.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and design innovative menus that align with the restaurant's concept and budget
- Supervise all food preparation processes, ensuring quality standards are met
- Manage inventory levels to minimize waste and control costs
- Train, mentor, and motivate kitchen staff to perform at their best
- Collaborate with restaurant management to plan special events or promotions
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment according to health codes
- Monitor food trends and make necessary adjustments to menu items
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for kitchen staff
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of fresh ingredients

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a high-end restaurant setting
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines
- Ability to create unique menus while keeping costs in mind
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills
- Fluent in English (knowledge of Russian is a plus)
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Salary: $1700 per month
