Entry-Level Plasterboard Worker

We are seeking an entry-level plasterboard worker to join our team in Siauliai. This position is ideal for individuals without experience or freshers looking to start their career in the construction industry. As a plasterboard worker, you will be responsible for installing and finishing drywall and other wall materials in residential and commercial buildings. The salary for this position is 1100$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Measure and cut drywall to fit specific areas
- Install drywall panels using appropriate tools and techniques
- Finish joints and corners using joint compound and tape
- Sand, smooth, and prepare surfaces for painting or wallpapering
- Repair any damaged or uneven areas
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work area

Requirements:
- No prior experience required, on-the-job training will be provided
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions
- Basic understanding of construction tools and materials
- Physically fit to handle heavy materials and work in various positions (standing, kneeling, bending)
- Attention to detail with the ability to produce high-quality work
- Good communication skills in English (no language requirements for Indian workers)
- Must be legally authorized to work in Siauliai
