A reputable welding company in Washington is seeking experienced welders to join our team. As a welder, you will be responsible for using specialized equipment to cut, shape and join metal parts for various construction and manufacturing projects. This role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to read and interpret blueprints or technical drawings.

Responsibilities:
- Perform welding tasks according to project specifications
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and other instructions
- Use various welding techniques such as MIG, TIG, and stick welding
- Operate cutting torches, plasma cutters, and other specialized equipment
- Inspect completed work for quality assurance
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a welder
- Must have a valid welding certification or diploma from a recognized institution
- Knowledge of different welding techniques and equipment
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints or technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor for extended periods of time
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English
