Restaurant Manager - Atlanta, USA
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Atlanta. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's daily operations, including managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maximizing profits.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and train restaurant staff to provide exceptional customer service
- Create and implement policies and procedures to maintain high quality standards
- Monitor inventory levels and control costs to ensure profitability
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
- Conduct performance evaluations for employees and provide feedback for improvement
- Collaborate with head chef to develop new menu items and improve existing ones
- Oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of the restaurant
- Develop marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong understanding of food safety regulations and health codes
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and point-of-sale systems
This is a contract position with a salary of $1300 per month. Accommodation can be provided if needed. Canadian candidates are preferred but candidates from other English-speaking countries will also be considered.
