Job Title: Office Administrator
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team in Mombasa. As an Indian national, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all administrative tasks. This is a no English required job, making it ideal for non-native speakers or beginners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring all necessary items are in stock
- Maintain accurate records and files, including employee information, invoices, and contracts
- Coordinate meetings and appointments, both internally and externally
- Handle incoming calls and emails, directing them to the appropriate person or department
- Assist in processing payroll and managing employee benefits
- Monitor office budget and expenses
- Conduct research and gather information as needed for various projects
- Provide administrative support to the entire team as needed
Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred but open to all nationalities with valid work permit/visa sponsorship
- No previous experience required but must possess excellent organizational skills
- Able to work without accommodation provided by the company
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Salary:
Starting salary of $1400 per month with potential for growth based on performance.
