Position: Industrial Engineer
Location: Ar-Ruwais, UAE
Nationality: Malayalee or Egyptian preferred
Salary: 1200$ per month (depending on experience)

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Industrial Engineer to join our team in Ar-Ruwais. As an Industrial Engineer, you will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing production processes, reducing waste, and increasing efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct time and motion studies to identify areas for process improvement
- Analyze production data and create reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement strategies to increase productivity while reducing costs
- Design layouts for production facilities to maximize space utilization and workflow efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new processes or improvements in existing ones
- Conduct risk assessments and develop contingency plans to ensure uninterrupted production
- Train staff on new processes or equipment as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles
- Proficient in using CAD software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with cross-functional teams
