Construction Project Manager



We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage various construction projects in Jeddah. The ideal candidate should have experience in managing large-scale construction projects and working with diverse teams. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and oversee all aspects of construction projects from beginning to end
- Develop project timelines and monitor progress to ensure timely completion
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other project stakeholders
- Monitor budget and expenses to ensure projects are completed within financial constraints
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process
- Communicate with clients to provide updates on project status

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Project Manager
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience working with diverse teams
- Fluent in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus)
- Indian nationality preferred

Salary: 1500$ per month (tax-free)
Working hours: 8am - 5pm (Sunday - Thursday)
