As an Indian candidate, you will play a key role in managing the IT department and ensuring that all systems and technologies are running smoothly. Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in IT management
- Excellent technical knowledge of hardware, software, networks, and systems

- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and manage the daily operations of the IT department
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and upgrading of hardware and software systems
- Manage a team of IT professionals and provide guidance and support when needed
- Ensure the security of all data by implementing necessary security measures
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors to ensure timely support for any technical issues
- Stay updated on new technologies relevant to our industry and implement them as needed
